"Native timber" means logs and sawn pieces of dressed and undressed timber of trees indigenous to the Cook Islands. The exporter of native timber shall give the notice of exportation at least seven days before shipment to the Collector or other proper officer of Customs. Any persons lading or involved in lading native timber, the export of which has not been authorized, commits an offence against this Ordinance. Full text English Website www.paclii.org
