Abstract

This Act accepts for Monserrat the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals. Acceptance of the Convention by the Government is hereby approved. The Governor acting on the advice of Cabinet may make any Order which he or she considers necessary for giving effect in Montserrat to any of the provisions of the Convention.
