Abstract

These Regulations implement for the United Kingdom. They, among other things, amend the Environmental Protection (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations 1991 and the Environmental Protection (Applications, Appeals and Registers) Regulations 1996 and revoke the Environmental Protection (Prescribed Processes and Substances Etc.) (Amendment) (Petrol Vapour Recovery) Regulations 1996 for purposes of efficiently regulating the authorization of processes relating to the storage and unloading of petrol.
