Abstract

These Regulations provide for the licencing, certification and registration of vectors and pesticides control workers, technicians and operators. Qualifications and medical examinations necessary to apply for licences or certificates are outlined in regulation 3 and 4. The renewal, replacement, etc. of licences and certificates are provided for in regulations 5 to 8. Fees payable to the Ministry of the Environment are given in the Schedule. Penalty provisions are provided for in regulation 10.
