Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 38 of the Control of Tobacco Auction Floors Act, provide rules relative to the grading of tobacco. They set out, in the Schedule, tobacco grades and provide that no tobacco may be sent for sale to a licensed auction floor unless such tobacco has been graded into one of the categories set forth in the Schedule.
