There are provisions relating to the control of the possession of scheduled articles of food by wholesale and retail dealers including the need for a permit issued by the Food Controller. The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying out this Act. Section 11 relates to offences committed under the Act while section 17 lists definitions of the principal terms used within the Act. The Act concludes with a Schedule. Full text English
