Abstract This Act makes provision in order to control supplies, giving particular regard to foodstuffs, including animal products (birds, reptiles, fish and their eggs) and feedstuffs intended for animals destined for human consumption. The Act consists of the following Parts: (I) Preliminary; (II) Powers of Controller; (III) Offences and Penalties; (IV) Miscellaneous and Repeal.
