Abstract In accordance with these Regulations, no person may remove or attempt to remove any padi or rice from one State to another State in West Malaysia, except with the prior written permission of the Director General or any authorized officer. These regulations shall not apply to the movement of padi or rice not in excess of 10 kilograms per person carried as bona fide baggage and not for sale.
