Such Order may, among other things, prescribe the terms and conditions subject to which controlled goods or any class of such goods may be imported into or exported from the Republic of Zambia and issue permits with or without terms and conditions. Offences are defined and commodities or goods that are the subject of the contravention may be, on Court order, forfeited to the State.
