An Order made under this regulation may: (a) prescribe the terms and conditions subject to which controlled goods or any class of such goods may be imported into or exported from Malawi; (b) provide for empowering such person as may be prescribed by or under the Order: (i) to issue licences authorizing, to such extent as may be prescribed by or under the Order, the import into or the export from Malawi of any controlled goods or any class of such goods; (ii) to revoke any such licence issued by him in such circumstances and in such manner as may be prescribed by or under the Order.
