Abstract

This Order, made by the Minister under the Control of Goods Act, authorize, subject to the provisions of any other written law, the export from Zambia by any person of; (a) the goods listed in the First Schedule; and (b) any goods (not being goods listed in the Second Schedule) which do not exceed a specified amount in value. Goods listed in the Second Schedule include maize, soyabeans/beans, fertilizer, wheat and wheat products, baby food and insecticides.
