This Act enters into force on 12 May 2004.
Abstract

This Act provides for designation of areas of the State for the purpose of preserving the identity of genetically modified (GM) crops or non-GM crops for marketing purposes, and prohibits or restricts the cultivation of GM crops, or other dealings with GM crops or GM crop related material.
