Abstract

These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Drug Control Authority (DCA) as the licensing authority for drugs. The Regulations require all products to be registered with the DCA prior to being manufactured, sold, supplied, imported, possessed or administered. The Regulations further establish the procedures and requirements for registration of drugs and licensing for different types of activities with drugs, and the requirements for the manufacturing process. The Director of Pharmaceutical Services may issue a certification on any matter relating to any product where such certification is required by any country importing such a product.
