Abstract

This Ordinance, in the interests of public health hygiene or safety and bird health, provides for the control of (the number of) birds. The Department may direct the taking of measures by humane methods, destruction or otherwise, the numbers of birds in a specified place. Provision is also made for measures in case of a serious threat to public or bird health.
