Abstract

This Notice, made under section 24 of the Public and Environmental Health Ordinance, requires dogs, horses, mules or bovines, to be identified and prohibits the keeping of unidentified animals. The Chief Environmental Health Officer or any person authorised by him in that behalf may impound any unidentified horse, mule, ass or bovine creature found in a prescribed area, or otherwise dispose of the animal or remove it from the prescribed area.
