The present Regulations enter into force on 2 December 1975.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Disease of Animals Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the control of animal disease. The text – consisting of 14 sections – deals with the following matters: suppression or limitation of an outbreak of disease, powers of inspector, infectious or contagious outbreak, quarantine notice, compensation of owners, claims, value of slaughtered animals and salvage value.
