No person shall manufacture, package, store, display, distribute, knowingly transport, be in possession of, use or advertise any agricultural chemical except in accordance with Regulations made under this Act. The Agricultural Chemicals Board shall, among other things: ensure that agricultural chemicals are duly registered and that those agricultural chemicals are used in a manner consistent with their labelling and in conformity with the Regulations made under this Act; and regulate the quality and importation of agricultural chemicals into the country and their distribution.
