Abstract

These Regulations, in order to prevent the spreading of classical swine fever: (a) prohibit the export of pigs, wild pigs, bushpigs and warthogs, as well as any of their products and genetic materials, from such the Eastern Cape Province; and (b) to prohibit the movement of pigs, wild pigs, bushpigs and warthogs, as well as any of their products and genetic materials, except on authority of a permit from such area.
