Abstract

This Act provides for the care, control and protection of dogs. Part I prohibits cruel treatment of dogs and describe actions that falls under that meaning. Part II regulates dog control officers' powers. Part III concerns registration and microchipping of dogs. Part IV dangerous dogs and offences. Part V nuisance and straight dogs. Part VI prohibited modifications or operations on dogs. Part VII right of appeal.
