Abstract

This Act amends the Continental Shelf Act (Cap. 1:52) so as to introduce "Continental Margin" as "a submerged prolongation of the land mass of Trinidad and Tobago consisting of the seabed and the subsoil, the slope and the rise of the Continental Shelf". (sect. 2). The Minister may establish the outer edge of the Continental Margin (new sect. 2A). (2 sections)
