Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 25 of the Environmental Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the designation of contaminated sites. The text – consisting of 3 sections – deals with the following matters: construction and demolition debris, inactive landfill, risk assessment, risk management plan, designation as contaminated site by the Minister and information in registry.
