Abstract

Article 1 establishes that the sites listed in the Annexes 1 to 9 are designated as contaminated sites. These sites are grouped in 9 priority classes according to their harmfulness and the ensuing sanitation measures required, as wells as to the urgency of its financing. Contaminated sites for which sanitation has been carried out are marked with “secured” or “sanitated”
