Part 1 contains preliminary and general provisions that include forms making of contract; offences and repeals and revocations. Part 2 concerns sales contracts, this includes consumer rights and remedies in sales contracts, such as right to terminate sales contract where trader has no right to sell; goods to be in conformity with sales contract; subjective and objective requirements for conformity with sales contract; liability of trader under sales contract; repair or replacement of goods; price reduction.
