Abstract This Law consisting of 76 articles divided in V Parts aims at enhancing the consumer protection, by regulating the suppliers’ obligations and behavior as well as increasing the consumer’s rights. In addition, it has added a different kind contracting that ensures the consumer’s protection under the umbrella of the remote contracting.
