Abstract This Law consisting of 18 articles divided in VII Sections aims at: protecting the consumer rights by adopting the principle of justice and equality between processors and consumers of goods and recipients of services; maintaining consumer health and safety; reducing the industrial practices of fraud and manipulation of the process of packaging and related data and specifications; and raising the level of consumer awareness.
