Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the EC Consumer Protection Implementation Act of 21 December 2006 (BGBl. I p. 3367). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to official acts carried out by the Federal Consumer Protection and Food Safety Office. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
