Abstract

These Regulations amend the Consumer Protection (Control of Imports) Regulations 1999 in regulations 9 and 11 and the Fifth Schedule. Regulation 9 specifies fees for import permits, regulation 11 concerns permission of the removal of goods from the Customs, and the Fifth Schedule specifies conditions under which the goods should be imported.
