Abstract

These Rules concern the functioning of National Consumer Commission established by section 85 of the Consumer Protection Act. The Rules concern, among other things, the handling of documents, the delivery of documents, access to information, complaint procedures, consent agreements, the condonation of time limits, procedures relating to exemptions applications, and publication of Notices that are required to be issued under the Act.
