Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 1 September 2012.
Abstract

Article 1 of the pesent Law establishes that consumers shall obtain free access to information available at competent authorities concerning , inter alia, food products as laid down in the Foodstuff and Feedstuff Codex. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Right to access- to- information (2); Reasons for exclusion and restriction (3); Application (4); Decision on applications (5); Grant of information (6): Fees and costs (7).
