Abstract

The Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No. 2) Act (2021) makes certain changes to the Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment (No. 20) Act (2013). Sections subject to amendments are as follows: 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 97, 101, 104, 124, 180, 186, 199, 259, 268, 269, 271, 272, 277, 327, 332 and 341. Changes are regarding the provisions related to the President and Vice-Presidents, internal governance and juridical procedures, national prosecuting authority, civil service and other.
