Abstract

This Order amends the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law 2000 in Part 1 of Schedule 1, in Schedule 3 and in Schedule 4, by substituting for the words “Lacerta viridis” the words “Lacerta viridis, or Lacerta bilineata”. Schedule 1 lists protected wild animals and protected wild birds. Schedule 3 lists animals which may not be killed or taken by certain methods, whereas Schedule 4 lists reptiles and amphibians which may not be exported.
