Abstract

These Regulations amend (i) the second Schedule to the Conservation of Wild Life Act, 1980, deleting the animals and birds listed in Parts I, II and III thereof; (ii) regulation 8 by adding a new subregulation (4), suspending the power of the Chief Game Warden to authorize hunting.
