Abstract

These Regulations establish the conditions for practicing the activity of falconry or any activity relating to falconry, including the keeping of falconry species in captivity, the flying or display of falcons and, or the taking of birds by means of falconry. A special licence from the Wild Birds Regulation Unit shall be required. Further provisions concern seasons and areas where falconry may be practiced.
