In particular, sub-regulation 2 of regulation 9 is amended and a sub-regulation 9 is added in regulation 11 concerning the suspension of the general licence. Regulation 23 of the Principal Regulations, concerning the capture of certain birds for the purpose of geotagging, is also amended. Regulation 27, concerning the suspension and the revocation of the licence or permit is also amended and regulation 27A, on the offence of which a person is accused, is substituted with a new text. Finally, Schedule VIII (regarding the administrative fines) is substitutes by a new Schedule.
