Abstract

There are hereby laid down amendments to the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations of 2006. The amendments mainly concern certain definitions given by regulation 2 (such as “open season” and those referring to particular bird species), hunting restrictions, banned hunting methods and penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
