CCMs shall report to the Commission annually on the progress of implementation of the FAO Guidelines and this measure and all data collected by the WCPFC Regional Observer Program (ROP), shall be reported to the Commission. Specific measures shall be imposed by CCM's with longline or purse seine fisheries to protect turtles.
