Each Contracting Party, cooperating non-Contracting Party (CNCP) and participating fishing entity (PFE) shall every year, and at least 90 days before each ordinary Meeting of the Parties, transmit to the Secretariat, information on vessels presumed to have engaged in IUU fishing activities in the Agreement Area, accompanied by supporting evidence. Article 24 provides a list of organisations that are interested to receive the IUU Vessel list. The text further lays out for modification of the IUU vessel list; and involvement of nationals in IUU fishing activities.
