Abstract

This Regulation, comprising 13 articles, regulates the licensing system of the aquatic plants processing business inside the fish processing establishments. The licensee shall (i) implement an approved quality assurance program; (ii) comply with the Manual of Brunei Darussalam on Hygiene Requirements for Fish Processing Establishments; (iii) guarntee for the health situation of the employees; (iv) comply with the directives of the Director of Fisheries relating to the control and management of the licensed fish processing establishment; (v) allow authorised officers to inspect the premises, equipment, operation, storage, materials, processed fish, records or to take samples for analysis; (vi) prepare and submit the required reports including data of the fish processing establishment and records of the daily activities of the fish processing establishment.
