Abstract

These Regulations amend the Condensed Milk and Dried Milk Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 in the definitions of partly dehydrated milk and totally dehydrated milk in the 2003 Regulations and in the Notes to Schedule 1. These amendments are made to implement Council Directive 2007/61/EC. The Regulations also make a consequential amendment to the Colours in Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 and to the Miscellaneous Food Additives Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996.
