The present Regulation enters into force on 30 December 2002.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts sections 23 (1) and 50 (2) (g) of the Environmental Assessment Act. The text consists of 8 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Application of Regulation (2); Eligible approvals (3); Applying for concurrent review (4); Deadline for applying for concurrent review (5); Executive director must decide and notify whether application is accepted (6); Executive director must notify ministry if environmental assessment certificate issued (7); Duties of the ministry that has authority to issue the eligible approval (8).
