Abstract

This chapter of the Indiana Code concerns compliance with orders. A person upon whom a final order is served under the water pollution control laws shall take the steps that are necessary to comply with the final order. The chapter further provides for compliance by municipality and bond issue; issuance of bonds as direct obligation of municipal corporation; revenue bonds; sanitary fund; municipal pollution control works, governing law; failure to comply with final order; extensions of time, and penalties; and violations.
