Abstract This Complementary Law, consisting of 31 articles divided into ten Chapters, establishes the Agricultural Policy for Planted Forests within the State of Rondônia. It lays down principles, defines institutional objectives and competences, provides resources, actions and instruments of the Agricultural Policy for Planted Forests regarding the activities of production, processing and marketing of products, by-products, services and inputs originating from planted forests. For the development and execution of this Agricultural Policy will be applied the instruments of the National Agricultural Policy provided for in Law No. 8.171 of 17 January 1991.
