This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, consisting of 39 articles divided into two Chapters, establishes the State Policy on Forests and other Forms of Vegetation. The Policy is a set of principles, objectives and instruments of action for the purpose of preserving, conserving and recovering the natural flora heritage and contributing to the socio-economic development of the State of Pará, in accordance with the State Environmental Policy and the Federal Legislation.
