Abstract

This Act establishes a Complaints Commission pursuant to section 105 of the Constitution. The principal function of the Commission shall be to investigate and resolve: (a) any human rights complaint; (b) any maladministration complaint in the government of Montserrat; and (c) any other complaint prescribed by law. The Governor may make rules for the guidance of the Commission in the exercise of its functions.
