Abstract

These Rules are made for purposes of the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal established under section 67 of the Act. The Rules concern, among other things: institution of appeals to the Tribunal against an order or direction of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, proceedings of the Tribunal, agreement of parties to a consent order and other matters regarding parties to an appeal, and decisions of the Tribunal.
