Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Emergency Program Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes the framework for the provisions of disaster financial assistance. The text consists of 32 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Compensation (1); Disaster financial assistance (2); Disaster financial assistance for local government body (3). Five Schedules are enclosed.
