Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Forest Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to community tenures. In particular, section 3 establishes that an application for a community forest agreement must be made to the regional manager or the district manager, in the form and manner required by the Minister and must include the items listed in this section. The text consists of 8 sections divided into 2 Parts as follows: Community forest agreements (1); Community salvage licences (2).
