This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2018.
Abstract

This Regulation replaces the Community Land Development Regulation 2007, which is repealed on 1 September 2018 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. The new Regulation provides for the following matters: Community plans, precinct plans and neighbourhood plans (Part 2), Plans and instruments relating to certain transactions; Boundary adjustment plans and Plans of consolidation, subdivision and acquisition (Part 3), Development contracts and management statements (Part 4), Miscellaneous and Prescribed public authorities (Part 5).
