It includes land used for water purposes. Section 94 requires each relevant authority to establish and maintain a register of specified land. The land is land which, to the best of the authority’s knowledge and belief, is owned or leased by a relevant authority. Publication is required in relation with transfer of ownership of land of authorities for community purposes.
