Communique regarding implementation of Decree No. 2000/467 on the support to livestock.

This Communique provides for incentives to dairy farmers selling their products to dairy enterprises recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Incentives shall be paid by the Agricultural Bank following an invoice or a receipt countersigned by the producer. These incentive are payable only to dairy farmers and not to milk collectors.
